These terms describe the public domain checker and optional live-email test, the managed-service request path, and invite-only portal access. A written quote can add engagement-specific terms only after you approve it.

Domain checks, live tests, and permitted use
The public checker retrieves selected public DNS and hosted-policy evidence. Use the live test only for a domain and sender you own, manage, or are authorised to test, and send only a small, attachment-free test message to the generated 30-minute address. Respect rate limits and do not attempt to bypass security controls or use the service for unlawful or unauthorised activity.
Results and technical limits
Results are point-in-time technical observations. A received live-test message proves only that it reached the temporary receiver at that time; it does not prove inbox placement or SPF or DMARC enforcement. DNS and network failures may be inconclusive, and the checker does not guarantee sender legitimacy or prevention of impersonation. Validate proposed changes in your own environment.
Managed scope, quote, and payment
An operator reviews each request. The accepted written quote defines included domains and work, exclusions, price, applicable tax treatment, payment timing, term, and any additional commitments. The public form does not create a subscription, begin work, or authorise an automatic charge.
Invite-only portal access
Keep credentials and invite links confidential. Use access only for the approved organisation and notify the published security channel if an invite or account may be compromised. Access can be limited when needed to protect users, data, or service security.
Evidence and guarantee boundary
Reports distinguish observed evidence, failed checks, and inconclusive results. The free checker carries no guarantee. Any guarantee for paid work must be stated in an accepted written quote.
No unstated commercial promises
The public site does not promise a refund, cancellation right, response-time SLA, uninterrupted availability, inbox placement, or prevention of every attack. Any such remedy or service level applies only if it appears in an accepted written quote.
